Make the famous creamy, sweet cinnamon butter spread from Texas Roadhouse at home in under five minutes using just a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place the softened butter, powdered sugar, honey, and ground cinnamon into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Use an electric hand mixer or stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment to beat the ingredients together on medium speed.
  3. Mix for 3 to 5 minutes until the mixture is light, fluffy, and completely smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed during mixing.
  4. Serve immediately with warm rolls, toast, or pancakes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • For the best texture, ensure your butter is truly softened, not melted. This helps the butter whip up light and creamy.
  • If you prefer a stronger spice flavor, add 1/4 teaspoon of extra ground cinnamon.
  • If you do not have honey, you can substitute it with 1/4 cup of packed light brown sugar for a Brown Sugar Cinnamon Butter variation.
