Ingredients
Scale
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 packet (1 ounce) dry ranch seasoning mix
1 cup chopped Grillo’s Dill Pickles, drained well
1/2 cup pickle juice, drained from pickles
1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (optional)
2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
Instructions
Place the softened cream cheese and sour cream into a medium mixing bowl. Beat them together with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
Add the dry ranch seasoning mix to the cream cheese mixture. Mix on low speed until the seasoning is incorporated evenly.
Fold in the chopped Grillo’s dill pickles and the pickle juice. Stir until everything is distributed throughout the dip.
If using, gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, fresh dill, and crumbled bacon.
Cover the bowl and chill the Dill Pickle Dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve your cold dip chilled with pretzels, chips, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For the best flavor, use Grillo’s brand pickles as they provide the signature tangy taste found in the viral recipe.
If you prefer a thicker dip, reduce the amount of pickle juice you add.
You can make this dip up to 24 hours ahead of time; the flavor deepens overnight.
For a high-protein variation, substitute half of the sour cream with plain Greek yogurt.
