1 large Granny Smith apple, cored and diced
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream

Instructions
Prepare the celery by washing and thinly slicing the stalks. Place the sliced celery in a large bowl.
Dice the apple and add it to the bowl with the celery.
Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes until fragrant. Let them cool, then chop them coarsely and add them to the bowl.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to create the best celery salad dressing.
