Make shatteringly crispy toasted ravioli in your air fryer. This quick appetizer hack delivers a restaurant-quality finger food perfect for graduation parties or any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss the frozen ravioli with olive oil until lightly coated.
  3. In a separate shallow dish, combine the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Working in batches, dredge the oiled ravioli in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to make sure the coating adheres well.
  5. Place the coated ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overlap. You will need to cook in batches.
  6. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time, until the coating is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve the crispy air fryer ravioli immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, spray the coated ravioli lightly with cooking spray before placing them in the air fryer.
  • Do not thaw the ravioli before coating and cooking; cook them directly from frozen.
  • If you prefer a finer coating, pulse regular breadcrumbs in a food processor until they resemble panko texture.
