Make quick, crispy ham and cheese roll ups using crescent dough in your air fryer. This recipe delivers melted cheese and golden pastry perfect for appetizers or snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Unroll the crescent dough onto a clean surface. Separate the dough into 8 triangles.
  2. Place one slice of ham on the wide end of each dough triangle, followed by one slice of cheese on top of the ham.
  3. Roll each triangle up tightly, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the tip. Pinch the seams closed to seal the roll up.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes.
  5. Lightly brush the tops of the roll ups with melted butter. Sprinkle with dried parsley, if using.
  6. Place the roll ups in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch. You may need to cook these in batches.
  7. Air fry for 7 to 9 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese inside is fully melted.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, lightly spray the roll ups with cooking spray before adding the butter.
  • You can substitute cheddar or provolone cheese for Swiss cheese.
  • Serve these savory air fryer bites with mustard or ranch dressing for dipping.
  • If you want a slightly sweeter flavor, use honey ham.
